Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rehearse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rehearse is an AI-powered voice rehearsal platform that provides simulated conversations, real-time voice analysis, and performance feedback for interviews, language exams, auditions, and other speaking scenarios.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Abuse, harass, or transmit harmful content through the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Rehearse offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock additional credits and premium features. The following plans are available on a monthly or annual basis:

• Standard — 10,000 credits per billing period.
• Plus — 25,000 credits per billing period.
• Max — 100,000 credits per billing period.

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

5.1 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

5.2 Payment Platforms

• Apple App Store (iOS): Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Apple's standard terms and refund policies apply.
• Google Play (Android): Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Google Play's standard terms and refund policies apply.
• Web (app.rehearse.to): Payments on the web are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment provider. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page within the app.

5.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by the applicable app store's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI models comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Rehearse. You retain ownership of your voice recordings and session data.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes in real interviews, exams, or auditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehearse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
